You can come to Copernican directly. Your tour operator or travel company doesn't need an account with us, an integration, or a referral arrangement. A claim may still require booking records or confirmation of a cancellation or refund from the merchant.
The planned experience keeps most intake and questions inside Muse. You'll use a secure Copernican step to set up access and review and authorize your completed claim. A medical-provider evaluation may also happen separately.
Muse's own connected-email capability can help you find relevant messages. The planned connector receives only the evidence you choose to share with permission. Copernican doesn't need your inbox password or access to your entire mailbox.
Yes. Copernican provides access to medical-provider evaluation and clinician-issued documentation when appropriate. The provider makes the clinical decision about whether a note can be issued. Documentation requirements and availability depend on your situation.
Coverage depends on your card's benefit terms, the reason for cancellation, payment requirements, and other eligibility conditions. Copernican helps with the claim process; we don't issue insurance or decide the outcome. Your insurer or benefit administrator determines coverage and reimbursement.
